Election Subversion - From RICO to Willis to January 6 - A Bloodbath Predicted by a Man Who Wants to be Emperor - A Man Seemingly Without a Soul
Trump's own Chief-of-Staff Called Him an 'Evil' Man

It appears that since the Judge’s ruling, Trump’s attorney and cohorts in the election subversion case wasted no time to get the true intent of their months long charade of outrage about the relationship between DA Willis and former Special Counsel Wade on the docket. After the trial Judge’s ruling that only Wade needed to go, the defense claim of “conflict of interest” was eviscerated by case law, and the surviving claim of “appearance of impropriety” was plainly cured upon Wade’s immediate departure. But Wade’s departure from the DA’s office simply wasn’t good enough for the Trump and their posse of soulless lawyers.
The new angle, which was their angle all along, was to get the case delayed until after the election, get Wade and Willis and the entire office disqualified from trying the case: working to get the case dismissed or grounds of “trumped-up” impropriety, or alternatively, getting a “MAGA leaning” prosecutor assigned who will dismiss the case. To make this all happen, MAGA lawyers are doing double-duty: beating the drum of discontent to get the appeals court to take a look at the trial court ruling, while working to get Willis in trouble with the Georgia Bar - all in hopes she will lose her license, and even be disbarred from the practice law.
Defense Claims are So Disingenuous
The MAGA lawyers displayed feigned outrage when they were stoking concerns over misuse of state taxpayer money, not to be outdone by Attorney Merchant’s indignation before the GA Senate Committee where she complained that the former Special Counsel Mr. Wade had been cheating on his former wife - even though he repeatedly stated their marriage was irretrievably broken since 2015 due to her own infidelity, staying together until the last child went off to college.
The defense attorney also exhibited feigned outrage at Mr. Wade’s hiring and Willis profiteering from same, when Wade was only working up to 60 hours “a month,” at $250 an hour, as the judge confirmed, far less than the going rate for similarly licensed attorneys in metro-Atlanta.
The Race Card Was Played - By the Defense
Listening to what Fani Willis had to say when she spoke at church on Martin Luther King Sunday, I found it hard to deduce what she said was offensive to the law as the judge stated in his ruling. I hardly see that Willis was playing the “race card” in church - when she pointed out a fact of the defenses’ own making. They had in fact singled out the “black man” as being unqualified for the job - yet failing to acknowledge it was the same “black man” negotiated multiple plea deals with co-defendant lawyers. Yet, the defense claims they singled him out not because he was “unqualified” - even though they disparaged him repeatedly, they claim it was because of their “improper relationship.” But all the while, they ignored that he was a former judge - of whom the defense attorney had previously campaigned for his judgeship, and the former governor spoke highly of when testifying on the stand. But these were all the factors the defense and the trial judge downplayed or seemingly tried to omit.
The defense made the case against Willis and Wade urging disqualification all about profiteering and adultery, (two concepts that Trump should be relatively familiar and comfortable). All while his posse of attorneys are fighting to get Willis disbarred, at the same time, making overtures to have the judge certify the case to the appeals court, to see if they can get another crack at disparaging Willis. In fact, the defense seized on the judge’s findings, that: Willis’ actions created an appearance of impropriety and a lingering 'odor of mendacity' - even though the trial judge refused to dismiss the case or disqualify her.
But their attempt to appeal comes as no surprise, as this was their objective all along - get Willis and her team off the case and the case disposed of without a trial. This conflict and appearance claims had nothing to do with tainting or the actual merits of the case - it was about Willis’ and her team’s 95% conviction rate including prosecution of past RICO cases. That record is nothing to scoff at if you are a criminal defendant who is “guilty” and facing RICO violations - and this is the crux of the entire matter.
What is Georgia’s RICO Statute?
The Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act is a law in the state of Georgia. It is a form of racketeering and a felony since, 1980. It is broader and more expansive than its federal counterpart, as the GA statute does not require the racketeer to reap a pecuniary profit. In essence, it is tailor made-for events taking place, like trying to peddle influence and get the Secretary of State to change the votes, put in fraudulent electors, and the entire scheme made up of multiple actors “the enterprise” that put in motion a panoply of election subversion events.

VIOLATION OF The GEORGIA RICO (RACKETEERING STATUTE)

ROMAN, DAVID JAMES SHAFER, SHAWN MICAH TRESI-IER STILL, STEPHEN CLIFFGARD LEE, HARRISON WILLIAM PRESCOTT FLOYD, TREVIAN C. KUTTI, SIDNEY KATHERINE POWELL, CATHLEEN ALSTON LATHAM, SCOTT GRAHAM HALL, and MISTY HAMPTON
With all that has transpired, RICO charges are the appropriate method of accountability for the schemes to defraud of this magnitude - that is his actors were available to act in multiple states.
Even though some must first stand trial and be proven guilty by a jury of their peers - here the jury is the nation and the world, looking at a presidential candidate and former president with disdain and disgust.
An Unlikely Savior
Yet, as it is becoming more apparent to many critical observers, the only impropriety that rises to the level of disqualification of anyone here, should be the candidate threatening our nation: unequivocally stating in his own words, “there will be a ‘bloodbath’ for the whole country if he is not elected.” He can candy-coat and nuance it as much as he wants, but we all have seen what he is capable of. It appears Trump learned no lesson for his actions on January 6, as the Justice system has stalled - failed in its essential purpose of swift prosecution and accountability. Stalled by multiple appeals and feigned grievances - allowing him to double-down, with a multitude of enablers still ready, willing and able to assist.
The irony here - is no secret, Mr. Trump committed a multitude of dastardly deeds, cheating on his wife, on his taxes, with porn stars, and playboy bunnies - from the balance sheet to the boardroom, to cheating those enrolled in Trump University, to inciting January 6 siege of the Capitol putting his vice-president and others in deadly peril - where the violent mob wanted to hang his vice-president for treason - for something he did not commit. All this transpired while then Commander-in-Chief watched for almost four hours on TV, watching the crowd attack and raid the Capitol and attack its police. He watched while the noose the mob erected to hang his vice-president swayed silently in the breeze.
But more importantly than January 6, is the continued delusion of the American people who support him. A man who embraces Hitler and dictators - whose first wife stated he kept a book of Hitler’s speeches on his bedside table. Whose own actions and words mimic the evil dictator of WWII.
When will these people “wake up” from the slumber, to see he is not their savior, he is not the “anointed one” from any god - he is not their “king.” He is an illusionist a charlatan a con artist - who feigns interest in religion to sway desperate believers to his side. Whatever they believe, he is surely a man who lies, deceives, abuses the weak, demonizes immigrants as poisoning the blood of America - he is the antithesis of Goodness - yet so many still think he is a messenger of God.
Remember, Jesus embraced the poor, the weak, the downtrodden, he did not make fun of people but showed humility, caring and sacrifice. That will never be the case with a man who puts his own needs above everything else.
I can only hope the American people will “wake up” from their slumber to see what is really going on. Who he truly is: A self-anointed egotist, charlatan, and woman-abuser who wants to be emperor - a man who is clearly obsessed with retribution, vengeance and money - who knows no shame, has no conscience - a man who is a malignant narcissist and psychopath, who knows no bounds of decency. The question is, Will anyone ever see this would be emperor is truly evil as former Chief of Staff John Kelly and others report - he is truly a man without conscience and no soul…
